    Not worth visiting. UTTERLY POOR AND REGRETTING SERVICE. Needs new staff, if not, severe changes in attitude and dedication. Absolute let down.

    We waited to be seated. But people who came after us were seated and served first. Went to the counter to ask why we weren't given a seat or a menu. Lady said we just walked in when we were waiting for 5min watching others who walked after us get served first. The person serving us didn't even apologise and just rudely sat us down. Not much selection on their menu and their coffee is subpar.

    Very unwelcoming staff - are oblivious to service and catering of customers. Unprofessional manner and no friendly greetings. Majority of staff should look else where for jobs if they can't meet customer satisfaction.. First impression; McDonald's service is better than this.. wouldn't consider visiting for anyone.
